FlowPro network probe provides deep packet inspection, application fingerprinting, application performance monitoring and visibility, from layers 2 through to 7. It also enables you to monitor domain name system (DNS) traffic to pick up protocol anomalies and malicious activity.
FlowPro gives you access to the information you need to perform root-cause analysis of both network performance and security events. It makes it possible to both optimise your network and gain the information you need to respond quickly to security incidents and prepare for future threats.
TAP, SPAN or mirror to send a stream of network traffic to FlowPro, which will then generate rich IPFIX metadata and forward it to Scrutinizer for collection, storage and analysis.
Plixer FlowPro Hardware Appliance is available on either a three or five year subscription, payable yearly.
